Requests are seamlessly entered into our systems, enhancing efficiency and swiftly getting you back on the road!

Schedule emergency roadside assistance swiftly with a few simple clicks. Your service request is promptly submitted into our system for immediate review by an agent.

SCHEDULE IMMEDIATE SERVICE OR SCHEDULE FOR A LATER DATE
When submitting your service request, you can opt for immediate assistance or schedule it at your convenience. Schedule preventive maintenance for tomorrow while noting your location for a planned stop today. Proactively plan and stick to your schedule!

GET EVENT STATUS UPDATES
Receive real-time updates on the event progression as it unfolds. Stay informed on the assigned repair personnel and anticipated arrival time of the service provider. Access updates for another event through the Welcome Screen for real-time information.

SAVES YOU TIME
Bypass telephone queues by utilizing the mobile app to submit your event. Save valuable time by inputting details through the app instead of making calls to the service center. Once your request is received, information is promptly reviewed and readied for dispatch, ensuring a swift resolution.

HOW IT WORKS
Starting from the Welcome Screen, users tap the "Request New Service" button, redirecting them to the Service Request Screen for information input. Required details include:

• Company Name
• Type of Unit
• Unit #/Vin/License Plate #
• Year/Make/Model
• Engine
• First & Last Name
• Service Address/City/State/Zip
• Odometer/Hubometer
• Load Weight
• Description of Issue
• 'Service Needed Immediately' or 'Schedule Service at a Later Date'

Users will receive updates on event progress including Event Created, Service Provider Assigned, Service in Progress, and Event Completed, with detailed event information provided at each stage.

Users can also check event status from the Welcome Screen by submitting two out of three pieces of information:

• Phone #
